All About Everything & what you need to know.
First off, please remember this is basically a one woman operation. My husband helps when he can, but he doesn't have a clue where every item is. LOL  I'll fill the orders as fast as I can on a first email, first serve basis. If 2 people want the same item, earliest email wins.
How To Order Items
My Email is:   Charla@charlasyardsale.com
Sorry, I don't have one of those fancy order forms. You will have to Email me with your inquiry or order. Please be sure to put something in the subject line that deals with the yard sale, like what you are wanting.  I DO NOT open emails with nothing in the subject line.  I got a virus once doing that, it ate my hard drive. I've added a codes for the items,  after all the prices, please include that too. I'll need at least your zip code to determine the Postage & Handling after I gather it all up and weigh it.  I prefer to ship Priority Mail, not only do you get it faster, it's better taken care of. (Up to 1 pound is $3.85, and goes up from there.) You can save on postage by ordering everything at one time. My handling fee is usually fairly cheap, unless I have to go out and buy the box or envelope. I like to round things off. $3.85 would be $4.00 in most cases. You can always request that I send it Parcel Post, I can do that too, it's alittle bit cheaper sometimes.
I will reply to the email with the total and you can decide whether you still want the item(s) or not. I have PayPal or you can send a Money Order. I can not accept personal checks. (It's a bank thing)  Once you decide, either way I'd love a reply, (so I can put the items away again if you choose not to order them.) I'll reply back with the Pay Pal link or my address where to send the Money Order. If you choose PayPal, I'll wait for a confirmation from them. Without one I can't mail out the merchandise.  I know this seems long and drawn out, I appologize for that. But I've learned from experience. If you are not happy with what you bought, please return the item(s) in the same condition as recieved and I will refund your money.
About the Items
Everything on these pages was either purchased at Auction, Yard/Garage Sales, Thrift Stores or Given to us.(we are not the only people who clean out their closets and don't know what to do with it all. Our friends & relatives have helped us out a lot. Sometimes too much....but we love them all.)  Most of the items are, of course...used. Some are old, but still in their original boxes, never used. All are in Excellent, Good or Fair condition, unless otherwise stated in the descriptions.  There is nothing here that I wouldn't buy myself if I were looking for that particular item. Sometimes I will put an item on a page, even tho' it may have a hairline crack or chip, only because it's rare or just plain 'Old' and you can't find very many of them anymore. But it will be stated in the description that it does have a hairline crack or chip.
I
DO NOT do Ebay or any other online Auctions. These pages, my booth & an occasional real life Yard Sale are the only 3 places you will see what I have for sale.
Prices
If for some reason you are not happy with the low price I have on an item, we can haggle. I'm open to bargining. Make me an offer I can't refuse...LOL  Speaking of prices, some of mine are pretty low, don't think it's because the item is in really bad shape. It's not. I love bargins...don't you?  This is...after all...a yard sale. There are a few items, that I have marked higher. Those are vintage, antiques or pretty darn old & are worth a lot more that what I put on them. Trust me. I search the internet to get an idea of what items are selling for. Then I take an average. Then ask myself if it's worth it or not...if not I deduct some. I also have a few reference books, Jewelry mostly, which also list the current price they are going for. Which, if you ask me, is sometimes riduclous. $125 for a Rhinestone Brooch?  get real. Maybe those authors know people who can afford that, but most of us can't, so I've priced items within reason.
Availability
All items listed here are available for sale. Most are being stored in boxes in our old camper. (Just a note here, it's been awhile since I've been through "all"  the boxes. Even tho' they are labeled with the Table #'s, it may take me awhile to find the item in question. I will email you if I can't find it, before you pay.) I have quite a few items, not all of that table may have ended up in that box.  A few of the items are currently at my booth in town. I will have to make sure it's still there & hasn't been sold yet. I can do that the same day I recieve your email, if it's early enough.  The items at my booth are noted in their descriptions. Currently only 2 pieces of Kitchen glass are here & there.
Where Are We?
Guthrie, Oklahoma. A wonderful  Victorian Town, "Oklahoma's first Capital," about 35 miles North of Oklahoma City on Hwy 35

Guthrie is the Territorial Capital of Oklahoma. At noon on April 22, 1889, the site had only a small frame station, a watering stop, and a section house on the Santa Fe Railroad. Being added was a small frame building to serve as a land office. Only a few people milled around, all waiting, for the human onslaught that would come soon. Then the pounding hooves, the grinding wagons, and the chugging steam engines dropped thousands of running, screaming homeseekers onto the unclaimed Indian lands recently opened to new settlers, and within an hour Guthrie was a city of 10,000 persons, and within a few more hours a tent city of 20,000 residents. Today, Guthrie's population is around 10,000 once again.

If you have any other questions or suggestions, please email me. I probably forgot something here.
